another Nasi Bungkus fever

Life has been really hectic lately. I don't know why.....i have been too sensitive, too emotional and i just feel something missing.... I have a problem and i just can't think straight... i dont want to be carried away and absorbed with this stupid thought, but at this moment... i just feel being used!...

I really miss talking to Anak...he's been busy lately...


p/s: I ll be cooking my very own recipe of Daging Rendang tomorrow...i hope Allah will help me to ease the pain...

I'm back!

Hello ppl! I'm back! I'm thinking of deleting my anibrahim photoblog..but sayang jua... lots of memories during my first and second yr in UK. oh yea... so i decided to create this blog since my close friends have their own blogs. But this time,it's going to be simple with some updates of my routine life... i have 1 more semester before exams and graduation..Time really flies... i can't believe i'm in my final semester now.. I think I'll be missing my uni, apartment, Liverpool and friends!

Ermm... i'm supposed to do my dissertation but i don't know why i am just to lazy to get my bum off the bed...The weather is horrible, too cold! fortunately, it's been snowing since a few days ago and I heard London suffered the worst with more than 1000 schools closed and rails disrupted.

I'm so lonely in this cool apartment. Dk will be back from 2 week fieldtrip tomorrow...yeay, i cant wait....

I have been craving alot lately... the 3 cooking books that babu gave me are killing me.... the foods are just so tempting and delicious...I JUST WANNA TRY ALL OF THEM! heheh this is a problem when you're alone at home, being jobless! I just want to try to cook anything I can think of! Haha that reminds me of yesterday! I was surfing the net looking for pie recipes since I have minced beef in the freezer...As I was browsing the webs, suddenly aku teingat Express chicken pie....and after afalkan the recipe, I decided to make my own chicken pie for lunch!

heheh nyaman dong! i have never ever thought it's THAT easy... i didn't take the picture since I was so hungry sudah! in 1hr i had this yummy chicken pie with the golden and shiny pastry(sama rasanya mcm express..rapuh!) I rate my own food A-!

Lapas kanyang....aku taisliur apa g nah??? tiramisu...! But i was going to save that for tomorrow....aaah! Can't wait to go to tesco to do some ingredients for my tiramisu!

balum lagi abis taisliur tu.... malam, i stumbled upon this website displaying mee hailam recipe! ohhmy... that really reminded me of SMSB mee hailam dulu..aahhh nyaman...kalau ada extra class dulu...patang2 order awal masa breaktime...and it's so yummy!

so i prepared mee hailam for dinner...EVERRRRRRRRYTHING was great till i put an egg in it..what was I thinking? nyaman pulang but somehow, it destroyed the original taste of mee hailam gravy! argh! nonetheless, dinner was B-! (if ada sayur kailan, cauliflowers, mushrooms and fishballs...it wouldve been superb!

Heheh oh yea! I sold Nasi Pusu Bungkus on Monday and I'm soooooo glad and thankful that the customers really liked it...I sold for 1 pd each bungkus and Alhamdulillah, I had 24 bookings! how much did I get?hehe you do the math!

Anyway, some have requested Nasi Pusu for next week and some suggested Nasi Ayam Masak Merah... hmmm... I have 1.5kg of pusu left and I was thinking of preparing Nasi Ayam Masak Merah or Kicap for next week. (but only if they want to bali tho :[ ) hm...but Nasi Ayam will cost around 1.50pd each.. I'm really hoping ada org book... anyway, maximum booking 25 bungkus!

Eh ok... SUBUH!!!
